Contest Rules
The In Home Show Ltd. Canadian Homes and Cottages (CHC) $5,000 Home
Hardware Building Center Spending Spree Contest is open to residents of
Canada 18 years and older. Contest void in Quebec. Employees of CHC,
its sponsors, corporate suppliers and advertisers are not eligible.
No Purchase necessary. Write approximately 250 words telling us what
you like or dislike about Canadian Homes and Cottages magazine and your
name will be entered in both contests.
All current subscribers are automatically entered to win one of two
$5,000 spending sprees from a Home Hardware Building Centre. Draw dates
15th April and 15th October 2008.
Entries must be received by April 14th 2008 for the draw to be held on
April. 15th 2008.
Entries must be received by Oct. 14th 2008 for the draw to be held on
Oct. 15th 2008.
The winner will receive a $5,000 spending spree at a Home Hardware
Building Centre.
All entries become the property of CHC which assumes no responsibility
for late, misdirected or lost entries. The winner agrees to publication
and/or display of their name, address, likeness and entry form to be
made at the discretion of CHC.
Multiple entries are not permitted.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision
of CHC. The winner will be notified by phone. Odds of winning will be
determined by the number of entries received.
If the winner cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if the prize
cannot be awarded, another ballot will be drawn at random until the
prize has been awarded.
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The name of the winner will be published in Canadian Homes and Cottages
magazine and will also be posted on the web site,
www.homesandcottages.com
CHC reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with a
prize of equal or greater value, or terminate this contest at any time.
No cash value.
Shipping of product is not included.
All prize winners will be required to answer a time limited skill
testing question.
Limited to Canadian residents 18 years or older (Quebec excluded).
